Scope:

• Leading and supporting projects during all stages of development, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing as well as go-live
• Realisation of flexible architectures in agile teams in compliance with clean code and good software crafting, suitable refactoring measures and continuous improvement of the build and test infrastructure
• Development of best practices for testability, maintainability and scalability to support an open team culture
• Active support in the knowledge transfer of best practices as well as mentoring of developer teams
• Advice and active technical support of internal teams as well as clients
• Participation in the Community, e.g. by actively taking part in conferences or meetups

Job requirements:

‍

• Several years of experience in programming in Python, Java or C# (full stack) and more than two years of experience as a software developer
• Extensive experience with the implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions and of microservices and security concepts in cloud-based applications
• Profound knowledge in the field of containerization (e.g. Kubernetes, Openshift)
• Practical knowledge of and experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment as well as cloud deployment models at an enterprise level (especially public, private, hybrid)
• Experience with machine learning libraries, natural language processing and database technologies
• Experience in monitoring and visualising dashboards
• Ideally, you are certified in the GCP domain (e.g. Professional Levels Cloud Engineer, Security Engineer or Cloud Architect)
• Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in informatics and/or equivalent training
• Good (B2) German and very good English skills
• Moderate willingness to travel (occasional journeys to team meetings)
